rl update real quick i went to the dr on friday and she doubled the dose of one of the medications i was taking and recommend i started seeing a therapist again but idk about that part but i hope i start feeling better soon cause i rly wanna go to marys but also im scared flying by myself/being in a new situation etc etc but i WANT to see my best pal and i kno it would be awesome i feel like I have some conflicting wants/fears hahaha oh man
